Sire: Desertnanny Helios
Dam: Wooly Dog Down Kalahari (WDD Aquaman x WDD Desert Sage)
Two Bucks to be Wethered
What can be more fun than a pair of baby goat bottle wethers? Running after you, leaping into your lap, looking everywhere for a bottle! These two little guys are a laugh a minute but they like to snuggle into your lap for a nap afterwards. Rascal & Sandy are disbudded, handled frequently, and are drinking goat milk that can be switched to store-bought cow milk when you get them home. Banding needs to take place after they are weaned, by a vet or someone we can refer. Rascal & Sandy will grow to about 50 lbs and will be happy eating hay & browsing weeds. They need occasional minor hoof trimming and an annual booster of CDT vaccine. Very simple care, and a whole lot of fun!
Looking for a colorful blue-eyed, polled buck with great pedigree and temperament? Well, here ya go! Kisses is a bottle-raised sweetie, out of a dam with a capacious, well-attached, easy to milk udder. Check out the pedigrees of his parents below! Located in Warrenton, Virginia. Transportation available to the Carolinas.
Well, time for this very upstanding, correct buck to move on. FlashBang has done his job here and is closely related to most of our herd. If you are interested in adding some flash to your herd, let us know!
Sold 4/29/2018 to Irish Blue Goats for $400
Lovely doe that is a bit shy. She needs a calm quiet home. She delivered quads this year, and they have all been put on the bottle. I retained the doe kid, and need to find a new home for Harmony. She had mastitis last year and does not have the same capacity. Nice brood doe.

Monty is wonderfully balanced and correct! Dead on straight feet, great topline & rump, tight shoulders. His dam is a wonderful milker with large easy-to-handle teats, lots of milk, and exceptional width in such a sharp doe. He is delightful to watch; very graceful and sharp all around. I'm sure Monty gets his personality from her, because he's a charmer! If you are heading for the show ring and favor polled genetics, Monty could be the buck for you.
Sold 4/13/2018 to Sarah Mayhugh for Doe Kid Swap
Jin is a lovely mix of buckskin & schwartzal patterns. As he matures he will develop a spray of dalmation dots across his body, an effect you will notice in his schwartzal pattern kids. This buck has a great pedigree for show & milk. He is flat boned, well blended over the shoulders and into the neck with nice withers. He has good width between his hocks. He was dam raised but is fairly easy to manage.
Sold 11/24/2017 to Diane Simpkins Cook for $350
Jiao Cang is a burly, strong buck with an attitude. He's fun to watch in the field and will no doubt sire a lot of similarly gorgeous schwartzal kids who will develop the signature splash of black dots over their bodies as they grow. Similar to his twin brother he is flat boned, well blended over the shoulders and into the neck with nice withers and good brisket extension. In addition he has that look at me attitude, and naturally tends to set himself up. He also has good width between his hocks. Check out his pedigree by clicking on the button.
